PARITER. — side by side, at the same time. Every workout is a creator’s own video, played through their official player, approved by a person before it reaches anyone. Rooms are never recorded. Training content here is general education, not medical advice.

The Upper Shelf

Chest, shoulders, and the posture that carries them.

A pressing split for the top of the frame: chest that fills a shirt, shoulders that square it off, triceps that finish the arm. And because all push and no pull is dishonest programming, day three pulls everything back into line. For anyone who wants their upper body to lead the way.

Day 1

The front plate

Chest is the centrepiece of the upper body, and every press you do recruits the triceps for free — so we work both hard and let them feed each other.

Day 2

The coat hanger

Round, capped shoulders are what make a shirt sit right. Delts frame everything the chest builds — this day is the width up top.

Day 3

The honest pull

All press and no pull rolls the shoulders forward and undoes the look. Upper back keeps you tall, keeps the joints happy, and makes the chest read bigger by pulling everything upright.
