Also called: elevated bodyweight row, decline inverted row
Coaching cues
- heels up on a bench or chair, body level with the floor
- brace like a plank before you pull
- chest to the bar, shoulder blades pinched
- lower until the arms are fully long
Common mistakes
- hips breaking the straight line as you fatigue
- half reps that stop inches from the bar
- letting the head drop back between reps
