Single-Leg Glute Bridge Hold

Bridge hold — hips up, hold, breathe

Coaching cues

  • Drive through one heel, pull the other knee toward the chest
  • Keep the hips level like a tabletop
  • Squeeze the working glute the entire hold
  • Ribs down — no lower-back arch

Common mistakes

  • Hips dropping on the free-leg side
  • Arching through the lower back to fake height
  • Pushing through the neck and shoulders
